Payment Clearance & Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday) once payment has fully cleared in our bank account.
Orders will not be shipped based on proof of payment alone.
Payments from non-FNB banks may delay clearance by 24–48 hours if instant payment was not selected.
Please ensure your payment reflects in our account before expecting dispatch confirmation.

Each new order generates a new order number.
You must update your payment reference for every new order placed.

Cash Deposits
‼️Cash deposits are not accepted due to high bank processing fees.
If a cash deposit is your only available payment option:
Please add R100.00 to cover bank and administrative charges.
Orders will only be processed once the full required amount has reflected.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday) after payment clearance.
No dispatch takes place on weekends or public holidays.

Order Finalisation
Once payment has been processed:
All orders are considered final.
If changes are required, you must contact us immediately.
No cancellations, amendments, or modifications can be made once the order has been shipped.
