Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.

All items sold are consumable, injectable, or hygiene-sensitive products. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, they cannot be resold once they leave our facility.

✘ We do NOT accept returns or refunds for the following:

✘  Incorrect product ordered

Orders placed incorrectly (wrong compound, dosage, strength, format, or quantity) are the client’s responsibility. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

✘  Product not meeting personal expectations or desired results

Results from supplements, peptides, and performance-enhancing products vary from person to person and depend on factors such as:

  • Training consistency

  • Diet and lifestyle

  • Dosage and cycle protocol

  • Individual response and genetics

For this reason, lack of expected results does not qualify for a return or refund.

✘  Change of mind after purchase

Once an order is confirmed and processed, we cannot accept returns due to a change in personal preference or decision.

✘  Opened, used, or tampered products

Any product that has been opened, partially used, mixed, injected, or altered in any way is strictly non-returnable.

✘  Products with intact seals that have left our premises

Even if unopened, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, or contamination once a product has been delivered.

✘  Delayed use or improper storage by the client

Products affected by incorrect storage (heat exposure, freezing, light exposure, or delayed use) after delivery are not eligible for return.

✘  Incorrect usage or administration

Products used outside recommended guidelines, cycles, or dosage instructions do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Product Defects & Expiry

If a product is believed to be defective:

  • You must contact us immediately.

  • Products must remain unopened and untampered with.

  • Claims will not be considered for opened, used, or altered items.

All claims are subject to verification before any action is taken.

Shipping Insurance

If shipping insurance is selected at checkout:

  • Shipping insurance is automatically applied.

  • This allows necessary action to be taken in the event of verified loss or confirmed courier-related delivery issues.

Please note: Insurance does not apply to products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders for out-of-stock items.

  • Refund payments if stock becomes unavailable after purchase.
