Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier and leaves our premises, it is considered in transit and under the responsibility of the 3rd party courier company.

While we take great care in securely packaging every order, we unfortunately cannot accept liability for parcels that are:
• Lost in transit
• Damaged during transport
• Stolen after dispatch
• Delayed due to courier-related issues

To provide additional peace of mind, we offer optional Shipment Insurance that can be added to your order.

This insurance helps protect your order against unforeseen courier-related incidents during transit.

Insurance only covers the selected insured value chosen at checkout and applies solely to courier-related loss or damage claims approved after investigation.

NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Please note that once your parcel has been successfully delivered and the shipment process has been completed without any courier-related issues or claims, the Shipment Insurance fee becomes non-refundable.

Shipment Insurance is a once-off protection service that covers unforeseen courier-related incidents during transit. If the parcel arrives safely and no approved claim has been submitted, the insurance cover is considered fully utilised and cannot be refunded thereafter.
