Brand: UPA
Product name: Test E 300
Listed compound: Testosterone Enanthate
Stated strength: 300mg/ml
Form: Injectable Oil-Based Testosterone Solution
Pack size: 1 × 10ml Multi-Dose Vial
UPA Test E 300mg/ml is an oil-based injectable testosterone product containing Testosterone Enanthate, a long-acting ester of the naturally occurring male hormone testosterone.
Each 10ml vial contains a stated concentration of 300mg/ml, providing a total of 3,000mg of Testosterone Enanthate per vial.
Testosterone plays an important role in muscle maintenance, protein metabolism, bone health, sexual function and hormonal regulation. The enanthate ester allows testosterone to be released gradually following intramuscular administration.
Testosterone Enanthate has established medical applications in hormone replacement therapy and supports several androgen-dependent biological functions.
Testosterone Replacement: Approved formulations are prescribed for certain forms of male hypogonadism.
Muscle Tissue Maintenance: Supports normal skeletal muscle maintenance and protein metabolism.
Protein Synthesis: Influences protein synthesis and nitrogen retention.
Bone Health: Contributes to maintaining bone mineral density.
Sexual Function: Supports libido and normal androgen-dependent reproductive functions.
Red Blood Cell Production: Stimulates erythropoiesis, the production of red blood cells.
Hormonal Regulation: Helps maintain physiological processes dependent on testosterone.
Testosterone Enanthate is a long-acting testosterone ester designed to release testosterone gradually into the bloodstream.
Gradual Hormone Release: The enanthate ester slows testosterone absorption following intramuscular injection.
Androgen Receptor Activation: Released testosterone binds to androgen receptors throughout the body.
Protein Metabolism: Influences biological pathways involved in muscle protein synthesis.
Nitrogen Retention: Supports nitrogen balance and normal muscle tissue maintenance.
Oestrogen Conversion: Testosterone can convert into oestradiol through the aromatase enzyme.
DHT Conversion: Testosterone can convert into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a potent androgen in certain tissues.
Hormonal Feedback: External testosterone suppresses natural testosterone production through the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
The enanthate ester provides a more gradual release profile than shorter-acting testosterone esters, such as Testosterone Propionate.
Testosterone Enanthate may cause androgenic, hormonal and cardiovascular adverse effects, particularly when testosterone exposure exceeds normal physiological levels.
