UPA Sust 350mg/ml is an oil-based injectable testosterone blend containing five different testosterone esters: Testosterone Acetate, Testosterone Propionate, Testosterone Phenylpropionate, Testosterone Cypionate and Testosterone Decanoate.

Each 10ml vial contains a stated concentration of 350mg/ml, providing a total of 3,500mg of combined testosterone esters per vial.

The formulation combines shorter-acting and longer-acting testosterone esters, which influence how quickly testosterone is released following intramuscular administration.

How UPA Sust 350 Works

Sust 350 contains five esterified forms of testosterone that release the same active hormone at different rates.

• Testosterone Acetate (30mg/ml): A short-chain testosterone ester associated with relatively rapid release.
• Testosterone Propionate (75mg/ml): A short-acting ester that releases testosterone more rapidly than longer-chain esters.
• Testosterone Phenylpropionate (50mg/ml): An intermediate-acting ester that contributes to testosterone release.
• Testosterone Cypionate (90mg/ml): A longer-acting ester that provides more gradual testosterone release.
• Testosterone Decanoate (105mg/ml): A long-acting ester associated with prolonged testosterone release.

Once released, testosterone binds to androgen receptors, influencing protein metabolism, sexual function and other androgen-dependent processes.

Testosterone can also be converted into oestradiol through aromatase and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) through 5-alpha-reductase.
