Yohimbine Hydrochloride Overview

Dose: Start on 2mg per day and could be increased to a 10mg (5 tabs) per day

Yohimbine Hydrochloride is used to arouse sexual excitement, for erectile dysfunction (ED), sexual problems caused by medications for depression called selective-serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), and general sexual problems in both men and women.

More importantly for athletes is the fat burning properties of yohimbine hydrochloride. This substance is part of the same family of chemicals as clenbuterol and ephedrine hydrochloride. Yombine has however been reported to be more potent than either of the two chemicals beforementioned. 

Yohimbine is also an androgenic antagonist like clenbuterol. This means that it blocks cortisol receptors and helps to maintain lean muscle while burning body fat. 

Yohimbine also comes in an injectable form. Injections can be done intramuscular or subcutaneous. The difference in the two methods is that the intramuscular injection will be a fast release and the subcutaneous injection will be a slow gradual release. 

IMPORTANT Side effects of Yohimbine HCL are worse than Clenbuterol HCL or Ephedrine HCL. An increase in heart rate, vomiting and nausea could also accompany insomnia. If you overdose on Yohimbine HCL the side effects could feel life threatening with extreme heart palpitations and an increase in blood pressure. If you already have a preexisting heart condition or blood pressure problems overdosing on Yohimbine HCL could be fatal. The only way to counter the side effects of overdosing is by taking Pur-Bloka. The main ingredient of Pur-Bloka is Propranolol. Propranolol oral tablets reduce your heart’s workload and helps it beat more regularly. It’s used to treat high blood pressure, angina, atrial fibrillation, and tremor. 

Dosage should be very conservative, and an athlete should start on 2mg (1 tab) per day and could be increased to a max of 10mg (5 tabs) per day by increasing the dose slowly. Adding an extra 2mg tablet at a time is recommended but starting on 5 tabs per day is not recommended. Increasing the dose should happen very gradual. Receptor down grade also happens very fast with this substance and cycling it would be advised. Zaditen (ketotifen) unfortunately does not work to keep the receptors open for yohimbine hydrochloride. 

Yohimbine Hydrochloride is best taken on an empty stomach as a fasting drug. Yohimbine Hydrochlorides effects work the best in the absence of insulin, and its effects start to diminish the more insulin is present. Administering it in the morning on an empty stomach is prescribed for maximum effect. Although Yohimbine Hydrochloride will work best in a fasted state but will also work just fine if you took a scoop of whey before your early morning cardio. Whey protein will not increase the insulin spike enough to diminish effects of the Yohimbine. The ultimate time to take Yohimbine Hydrochloride is before low-moderate intensity cardio workouts. 

Athletes achieved great results from Yohimbine HCL tabs by taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (intermitted fasted cardio) and then doing 45 minutes cardiovascular exercise. After cardio you can eat your first meal and directly after the first meal you can take one tablet of V-Med Sibutralean to help regulate the appetite for the rest of the day and continue the fat burning process.
